Intermediate 1

​

This class is for polers with some experience who want to up their insta game. If you are comfortable with spins, climbs and sits, Intermediate 1 is the level where we look at our inverted moves and more challenging poses.

 

To come to this class you should be able to climb, be able to invert (even with a jump) and feel ready to to try something a bit more daring.

​

​All classes will work with a maximum of 2 students per piece of equipment, so you have someone to cheer you on while you nail your moves.

​

Beginners Pole

 

This class is for anyone who has a little experience of pole, or anyone who wants to get back into it. This level will look at introducing spins, climbs, inverts and some cool moves to show off to your friends with.

​

All classes will work with a maximum of 2 students per piece of equipment, so you have someone to cheer you on while you nail your moves.

Intro to Pole

 

This 4 week course is designed for complete beginners to give you a solid base in pole while meeting some new pals.

 

We will combine pole conditioning, basic moves and some flow to give you the confidence to join a beginners class and feel like you aren’t out of your depth.

​

All classes will work with a maximum of 2 students per piece of equipment, so you have someone to cheer you on while you nail your moves.

Int 2/Advanced

​

This class is for more experienced polers who are ready to kick it up a notch.

 

You should be comfortable with a wide variety of moves as these sessions will look at transitions, tumbling, flipping and learning more complicated pole moves.

​

These 60 minute sessions will work on progressing your current abilities to begin working on those next level skills.

​

Pole Privates

 

Looking for a more focused and tailored approach to learn pole?

 

Private tuition is a great way to progress in the areas most interesting to you.

​

This is an excellent opportunity to learn new tricks, combos or work on nemesis moves.

​

These 60 minute sessions will lift you up and give you confidence to trick, flip and tumble your way to being totez amazeballs.

Pole S&C

 

This is an on the pole Strength and Conditioning class looking at training the more difficult moves, that we all want to nail, so that we can show off.

 

In these sessions we follow a tailored programme aimed at improving our overall body strength and co-ordination and body awareness to breakdown and understand more difficult moves better.
