Get out of your head and into your body with Cecilia. Combining traditional Yoga styles with modern movement, these classes are designed to warm you up, enhance flexibility, build strength and speed up recovery so you can keep having fun.

Physical assists, modifications and variations are offered for all levels.

Intro to Yoga

A progressive series of workshops that break down essential elements of physical Yoga practice (Yoga Asan) for those new to Yoga or coming back after some time away.

 

This 4 week course will provide you with knowledge and understanding of Breathwork, Sun Salutations, Twists, Balances, Inversions and Backbends.
